This equity financing was co-led by Yuanxi Haihe Fund and Songqing Shenhui Jiarui Private Investment Fund, with Guohai Innovation Capital, Stars Capital, and GSR Capital participating as followers. SND, as an existing shareholder, continued to invest additional funds. In addition to the equity portion, this round of funding further supplemented the company's long-term capital through a ten-year debt financing.
