Columbia China and Nanyan Group announce Nanyan Group's acquisition of Columbia China's clinic business.

Columbia China's shareholders include Sheares, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings based in Singapore, Columbia Pacific Management (CPM) from the United States, and Swire Pacific from Hong Kong. Headquarters in Shanghai, the company has established multiple hospitals and elderly care institutions in the affluent Yangtze River Delta region.
